Denise Dolan

Denise Dolan began working at the Law Offices of Stephen Neyman, P.C. in the summer of 2009 and joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2010. There, she regularly handles and assists with drug crimes cases of all kinds and consistently achieves outstanding results. Denise has a thorough understanding of the law of search and seizure, which often results in successful motions to suppress evidence in drug cases.

Prior to joining our office, Denise gained experience in criminal defense by serving as a summer associate, not only at Attorney Neyman’s office, but also at the Law Office of Robert J. Wheeler, Jr., another one of Boston’s top criminal defense practices. Denise has served as a law clerk at the Chelsea District Court. She has also played a role in analysis and drafting of certain Massachusetts criminal laws as an intern at the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives. Denise is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the University of Connecticut.
